The Racquetball Backhand Swing by Rocky Carson

Rocky goes over his technique for a consistant backhand swing: Start with the racquet up above shoulder. Step towards the ball. Rotate hips and lower body first. Swing racquet around to finish. Contact ball just in front of leading foot.
